Santa Barbara Board to Hold Public Hearing on Orchard Rezoning
The Santa Barbara County Board of Supervisors will hold a 2 PM public hearing February 10 1969 in Santa Barbara to consider Planning Commission recommendations to rezone parcels west of U S Highway 101 north and south of State Route 1 in the Gaviota area and create an Agricultural Preserve under the California Land Conservation Act.
