Injury accident in Lompoc city block on Ocean Avenue
Pete Bermudez Morales, 33, of 320 S F St, sustained multiple abrasions and bruises after being struck by a car on Ocean Avenue last night. he was in good condition at Lompoc Hospital. The driver, John Centeno Terrones, 37, of 1209 E Cypress Ave, faces a felonious leaving the scene citation. The crash occurred in the 100 block of East Cypress Ave just before 10 p.m.

County considers delays in approving new farm preserves
Almost one third of 65 applications for new county farm preserves cannot meet the March 1 lien date.
