County OKS Agricultural Preserve Contract with Wallover Corp
Santa Barbara County may execute an agricultural preserve contract with Wallover Corp the landowner in Embarcadero Municipal Improvement District west of Goleta. County counsel Melbourne Weddle rules such a contract can proceed without district governing body approval and may be presented to the Board of Supervisors to meet State Land Conservation Act deadlines and tax adjustments.
