He supports a new district reporting system and stricter gun permit criteria while praising Isla Vista patrols and proposing a thousand person mutual aid task force.

Saunders Sr. William W. 74 Lompoc native dies in Ventura

William W. Saunders Sr. 74 of Ventura County died New Year’s Day after living in the area since 1935. A tool pusher by trade, he belonged to the Petroleum Production Pioneers and worked for Bell and Durden Co. Survived by his widow Radie two sons Donald and William Jr two brothers Chester Eli two sisters and four grandchildren. Services were at Ted Mayr Funeral Home with burial at Ivy Lawn Memorial Park. Government cuts interest rate again on FHA VA loans
