Lompoc sweet pea grower William Zvolanek 83 sold William Zvolanek and Company to Denholm Seeds of Lompoc for an undisclosed price. Denholm also gained rights to many new varieties and 15 acres sold to Peto Seed Co. for 3000 per acre. Zvolanek will advise Denholm this summer as new varieties are developed.
