County staff orders full environmental reviews for Solvang and Goleta Valley projects

The Technical Review Staff voted to require full environmental impact statements from Ron Ahles for an 86 unit Solvang condo on 48 acres and from Satterfield Realty for a Goleta Valley density increasing general plan amendment.
