Angela Davis, 31, and Ruchell Magee, 2d, were arraigned in Marin County on charges of murder kidnapping and conspiracy in the Aug 7 shootout that killed Judge Harold Haley and four others. Mercy killing claimed in Santa Barbara case
Alexander Gibson 58 faces murder charges after telling police he killed his 12 year old son Douglas Alexander Gibson in their home. The boy, described by neighbors as mentally retarded, died after being shot in the back of the head at St Francis Hospital.
