El Camino School PTA Honors Two With Service Awards
Mrs Otis Vermillion the school nurse and Gerald Schockmel the school principal receive honorary service awards at a surprise PTA ceremony. James Spanne presented pins certificates and plaques. Former service award winners named include Mrs Robert Alexander Frank Trimble and others. Vermillion praised for helping each child and community programs while Schockmel noted for arriving in Lompoc in 1963 and teaching at Los Berros.
