Mary Hill Celebrates 89th Birthday at Daughter’s Home

Mrs. Mary Hill age 89 celebrated her birthday last week at her daughter Mrs. Robert Cox’s home 1112 North Lupine in Lompoc where she resides. Born in Alabama and longtime Texas resident she lived in Weatherford before moving to Lompoc eleven years ago. Busy Bees will hold a eggs decorating workshop Feb 28 led by Jane Henning. Travel chair Jane Dunn proposed a May Universal Studios trip. A nominating committee was named by Merle Swanson. Two new members joined and guest Mrs. Nick Obermire attended. Door prize went to Mrs. John Coleman. thrift shop volunteer drive organized.
