Lompoc Girl Scout troops mark Thinking Day on February 21 at 1 00 PM in Ryan Park with rain site City Hall Auditorium public invited. The event honors Baden Powells birthdays with songs dances and skits from World Association members and displays of dolls. Cadette troop 84 hosts a Thinking Day potluck February 23 at 7 00 PM First Baptist Church with guests and a fashion show good grooming badges and films to accompany Scout teachings.
