Davis and guest Millie Cowgill with a $14 000 grant helping purchase the club’s new home.

Catholic Women Sponsor Bake Sale and Parish Activities
La Purisima Council of Catholic Women sponsors a bake sale this Sunday after masses at the church. Women are asked to contribute home baked goods and parishioners are invited to coffee chocolate and doughnuts in the parish hall. The usual Council meeting is cancelled this month. Three groups of Girls in Action from Mission Hills Baptist Church toured the long term care unit at Lompoc Hospital.
