Ruder born March 4 1876 in Peru Ohio lived in Los Angeles since 1947. Survivors include son Rev F A Ruder of Lompoc granddaughter Mrs Nereid Maxey of North Hollywood grandson Ralph Ruder of New York City and great granddaughter Doris Maxey of North Hollywood.
City Council meets at 7:30 p m in City Hall to hear public hearings on the proposed Highway 246 realignment near Cebada Canyon and east of Mission. Bids reviewed for a soda ash feeder and disperser with costs above budget and plans for street lighting and library landscaping.
