A Mission Hills pilot and a Santa Maria resident escaped unharmed after a Cessna 150 landed on Highway 135 and was refueled by William Meneley and flown again. The second impact knocked out electricity for more than 20 000 homes across Lompoc Mission Hills Vandenberg AFB Orcutt Buellton and Santa Ynez. Power was restored by 8 a.m. today.
