The Board of Supervisors approved a one year contract with Aerovironment Inc for a Santa Ynez Valley climate and air quality consultant study at 49976. They also greenlighted meteorological equipment upgrade at Santa Ynez Airport for 5051 and a study of ozone plant damage up to 4973. State junk auto program moves ahead with broad participation
