Lompoc Council approves drain funds for Phase One

The five member council approved a 490000 backbone storm drain line project with cost estimates around 760000. Funding covers 41000 state, 490000 revenue sharing budget, 49000 flood control, 55000 street improvements and 300000 state gas tax funds. The plan expects possible 100000 shortfalls from gas tax and revenue sharing.
