Drug charge changes follow North County narcotics raids

Preliminary hearings in Lompoc Justice Court addressed changes in charges for narcotics suspects arrested in raids across Lompoc Solvang and Santa Maria. John King and Ronald Ramirez saw heroin charges altered to marijuana and amphetamine sales, while others faced no local charges or no complaint filed.
