School workers seek mediation over contract dispute

Negotiators from the California School Employees Association and Lompoc Unified School District requested state mediation after talks stalled on the agency shop issue. The deadlock emerged at a late negotiation session between a CSEA salary committee and a district team led by Assistant Superintendent Alice Milligan.

Lompoc Planning Actions Include Open Space Zoning Revisions
