Funeral services for Clarence Albert Stowell Sr., 77, will be at McPeek Family Mortuary in Lompoc on Friday at 10 a.m. He died after arriving dead at Lompoc District Hospital. He served in World War I and retired after leading maintenance for Downey School District. He resided at 4148 Constellation Rd in Lompoc and is survived by a widow Ruby, four children, siblings, and nine grandchildren. Burial with full military honors at Lompoc Evergreen Cemetery.
