Local history lovers form Discoverers to explore Lompoc area
Norman J. Silsbee of Lompoc founded the Discoverers to fill gaps in local history. Twelve couples joined, bringing archaeology and folklore interest, with field trips planned to Valley canyons and abandoned sites.
