Sen. Eugene J. McCarthy has moved out of his home and taken up residence at the Sheraton Park Hotel in Washington after denying divorce rumors earlier this month. He was reportedly vacationing in Maine when the move leaked, with the hotel confirming the residence.
The Air Force Western Test Range awards Federal Electric a 27.8 million dollar contract to operate and maintain range facilities and instrumentation ships for a fourth consecutive year. Rob ert E. Chasen of FEC announces the deal as the range spans from Vandenberg AFB to the Indian Ocean, supporting about ten space launches monthly.
