Board approves probation program changes in Santa Barbara area
The Board of Supervisors approved changes to the Probation Department's intensive supervision program citing deficits. Santa Maria will use one probation officer with a stenographer in Lompoc, and Santa Barbara area cuts eliminate a vacant officer.
