Lompoc Pregnant Students Return to Off Campus Classes

Ten expectant Lompoc Unified School District students ages 12 to 17 in grades 8 through 12 will begin four hour daily classes off campus to maintain their grade levels while preparing for motherhood. The program, funded by the state and supervised by Arthur Timmer, aims to provide prenatal, nutrition, homemaking, and counseling services.
