Jurisdictional Hearing Set On Appeal Of Libby Lewis
A jurisdictional hearing is scheduled for Tuesday June 24 before the Ohio Supreme Court to decide whether to hear or dismiss the appeal of Mrs Libby Lewis who was convicted in Hocking County Common Pleas Court of conspiracy with intent to defraud Hocking Valley Community Hospital.
