Fugitive In Stolen Car Flees At Logan Roadblock
A pursuit began when a stolen car fled a Logan roadblock at the Rt 33 exit onto the Rt 93 overpass. Seven shots were fired as the vehicle escaped into N Mulberry Street near Mayor Haney’s home. Police tied the car to a Fairfield School for Boys escapade. three escapees were nabbed near the school, four still at large. The stolen vehicle, owned by Mary L Morris of Lancaster, was reported missing by the Fairfield County sheriff early Sunday.
