Rev. Fr. Leo J. OConnor 51 former assistant pastor at St. Marys Church Lancaster died Tuesday at Mt. Carmel Hospital Columbus after a long illness. A Logan figure he had been hospitalized since May 5. He served at St. Marys in 1930 1931, later moved to Churchtown near Marietta. Since July 1947 he was chaplain of St. Aloysius Academy at Newoe. He was a native of the area.
