Insane Slayer Returned to Hospital Cell in Arizona

Winnie Ruth Judd told officers her planned self defense killing of two friends and an alleged accomplice who hired a doctor to dispose a body. She was returned to the Arizona State Hospital for the insane after detailing an eight year old rape case and escaping from a private cell. She complained about confinement among screaming patients.
