Body of Paxton Youth Sought After River Accident
police search the swollen Wabash near Riverton for the body of James Snyder 21 son of Paxton residents who was drowned when a motorboat overturned Sunday. Snyder had just returned from nearly two years as a paratrooper in Japan. His brother in law Emmanuel Williams of Alexandria and Henry Knotts of Carlisle survived by swimming to the Illinois shore.
