Fiery Car-Truck Crash Kills 1 in Indianapolis
A motorist, Walter A. Stuck, 63, of Indianapolis, crossed the median on Interstate 465 and was killed when his car collided with a semi truck driven by Robert Leazenby. Both vehicles caught fire, traffic halted for two hours, and investigators noted possible steering failure. The incident raised Indiana 1967 traffic fatalities to at least 567.
