Frances L. Duncan 73, mother of ten, died at 8:20 this morning at her home east of the Texaco bulk station in South Linton after about three weeks of illness. She was born November 2, 1875 in Clinton Tennessee and lived in Linton 45 years. Survived by seven sons, three daughters, a sister, 31 grandchildren and 15 great grandchildren. Test program completed at Linton-Stockton High School
A patch-testing program for tuberculosis was completed this week at Linton-Stockton High School. Superintendent O. L. Johnson said all pupils 15 and under without prior X-rays were tested plus some older students. Four positive reactions were found and will undergo X-rays and further testing.
