Supreme Court lets preexisting retirement plans stand in age case

Three Teens Die in Waverly Area Car Crash
Three teens were killed and three injured in a one car crash near Waverly in the early hours of Sunday. The victims were Brian Trusdale 17 Katherine Helmstadter 15 and Monica Kiser 14. Jeff Barbour 18 Rhonda Edmond 14 and David Stokke 15 survived with injuries. The car, traveling south on North 148th Street, failed to navigate a curve, spun out, crossed a fence, hit two dirt ridges, and overturned into a creek. Stokke escaped and sought help four hours later. The coroner cited exposure to cold night air and water as contributing factors to the fatalities. Monica Knows as a junior high student and skater.
