Psychologist urges countywide mental health program
Eugene Nedilsky, staff psychologist at Northwest Guidance Center, told Junior Chapter members that mental health is a community issue and a county program should provide adequate services for all ages and socio economic groups. He noted current services cover youth up to 18, with two thirds state funding and one third local contributions. Delegates plan to attend the Ohio CCL Convention in Columbus this week.
