Lima Shrine Hosts Friendship Night for multiple Shriners

Lima Shrine No. 20 of the White Shrine of Jerusalem held Friday evening at the Shawnee Grange with officers presiding. Officers and attendees included Mrs. Kenneth Ayres and others from Logan Bellefontaine Piqua Dayton and Columbus shrines. After the meeting a covered dish luncheon was served by local members.

Edward Moslers To Observe 60th Anniversary Sunday

Edward and Mary Catherine Mosler celebrate their 60th wedding anniversary with a Thanksgiving Mass at St. Joseph's Church in Wapakoneta at 11 a.m. Sunday. Afterward, their children host a family dinner in the church hall. The couple married November 23, 1905, in the same church. They have seven children, twenty two grandchildren, and seven great grandchildren.

Missionary To New Guinea Program At Peace Lutheran

Miss Evelyn Muhlenhard, missionary to New Guinea since 1948, spoke at Peace Lutheran Church Women Thank Offering Service. She showed a colored movie depicting New Guinea life, handicrafts, wood carvings, bamboo work, and baskets. Organist Mrs Vernard Crist and several women joined in the service, with Rev Clyde F Friedman giving the benediction.

CC League Hosts Guest Speaker at Child Conservation Club

Cridersville report notes Dr. Eugene Nedilsky of Northwest Guidance Center spoke on Moral Development. The group planned a sand box project for Tower Park and a 2 to 4 p.m. Christmas party December 12 at First Methodist fellowship hall. Gifts will be given to each child.
