Federal Aid Use Urged By Lima Youth Corps Leaders
Deputy Director Daniel P. Harley urged Bradfield Center to pursue federal funds for the Lima neighborhood through the Youth Corps. He noted voters vetoed urban renewal asked by the public, and said funds are available but underused or misused elsewhere. William Stewart chaired the session. R. R. Moxley became Bradfield Center president with Stewart as vice president.
