Police Court Fines for Disturbing the Peace and Drunkenness
Adolph Wolf, an African American man, was fined $6.20 for disturbing the peace and sent to the holdover after pleading guilty before Judge Mountain on Monday. George Liehrman of Richmond was fined $5.30 for drunkenness, also pleading guilty. Jesse Holmes, a Black man, faced Judge Mountain for disturbing the peace for the third time in ten days and was fined $5.75. unable to pay, he was ordered to the holdover until his time expires.
