Mrs. Mayer Dies in St Louis After Long Illness
Former resident Mrs. Agetha Mayer died Friday night at her St Louis home after a prolonged illness. She was daughter of the late Dennis Gavin and widow of Gus Mayer who died in 1910. Survived by five sons William Lee Dennis Fred and Gus, all in St Louis, and two brothers Patrick and William Gavin of this city. Funeral held Monday at 9 from the Catholic church here.

Death of Edward Grady in Kansas City
Edward Grady, a former Lexington resident about 35, died Monday at General Hospital in Kansas City after a fall on a sidewalk fractured his skull. Born in Lexington, he moved to Kansas City with his mother 20 years ago. Survived by his mother and brother James Grady. body returned to Lexington for funeral at 9:20 a.m. at the Catholic church.
