The main attraction at about two o clock Monday afternoon was staged by Willie Bell and Eugene Davis, two colored boys in the city, in which Davis was cut about the face with a razor handled by Bell. Tuesday Bell appeared before Judge Hedge at the Police Court and was assessed one dollar and costs totaling 6.70. Unable to pay, Bell was ordered confined.

Otto Peterson Faces Assault Charge At Police Court
