Thieves entered Canter Bros. premises at the Waha hotel and took two valuable saddles and several horses from the pasture. No clue to the culprits has been found. investigators seek information on the incident.

Dr Hinkley Injured In Miller Grade Wheel Accident
Dr F L Hinkley was thrown from his wheel Sunday evening as the ditch for a water main work on Miller grade lacked lights. He sustained facial bruises and a mangled right hand, leaving him unable to practice surgery for some time. Lizzie Thompson's remains were brought by boat Friday and buried Saturday at the city cemetery after services at East Main Street and conducted by Rev. Gurnsey with Mesdames Thompson and Durbin and Messrs Monteith and McKachron leading the song service.

Worker injured after floor board breaks at warehouse
Sid Ferry fell through a knotty floor board on the second story of the McGilvery & Boston warehouse near the depot. He landed on the ground floor injuring his left arm and fracturing the hip though not broken. Dr. Phillips treated him. he cannot work for several weeks.

Owl Drug Store to Move into Beach Block Quarters
The Owl Drug Store will relocate to two stories and a basement in the Beach block this Saturday. The first floor will be outfitted for retail trade with top tier fixtures and stock, while the wholesale jobbing department expands to meet rising demand in the Clearwater country. Lead organizer J E Nelson, formerly of the Lewis ton Mercantile Co, will direct wholesale operations with M J Meyer of St Paul, joined by Miss T O Holt as bookkeeper and stenographer. Proprietors oversee both retail and prescription sections with William B Keller and Charles Wyatt among staff as they stock about 30,000 dollars worth. Alice Goldsmith was seen in the city from Spalding today.

Runaway Tuesday Morning on Main Street
On Tuesday morning a runaway incident occurred on Main Street as Harrington and Parkyns Lumber Company horses broke free from a loose wagon. George Stillman of Dublin, driving a top buggy, was struck when the team collided with his buggy, but he escaped with slight bruises. The horses pulled the damaged rig along the street before bystanders freed them.
