A group of about twenty Lemmon women organized the Woman's Club of Lemmon at the home of Mrs. C. D. Smith. A readings and studies plan was outlined, likely focusing on Germany and Scandinavia. A constitution was adopted and membership may soon be capped to keep the club’s effectiveness.
