Pierre special state game warden W F Bancroft under the old law offers to supply pairs of Chinese golden pheasants to volunteers who will protect them until they propagate. Interested parties should notify the state game ward and department at the city. COOK WANTED immediately at West Hotel.
The Reeder Choral Society holds two rehearsals weekly for an April 2 concert in Reeder Auditorium featuring The Crucifixion. Baritone J S Hamilton from Lemmon has been hired for the bass solo, boosting the performance. The Hettinger chorus will join for two final numbers, creating a 150 voice combined choir under J A Hiort's direction.
Adams County commissioners arrange seed grain for local farmers. Grain from Beach area Golden Valley elevator will be distributed next week. Auditor Walter F. Kelley meets Lemmon farmers on Saturday April 1 to take contracts and issue grain warrants. Kelley plans Haynes visit Monday for same purpose. Elevator accepts county warrants at par to avoid losses.

Rufina Nagel an 11 year old girl lost control of running horses while driving a field disc. She was thrown under the machine and seriously injured with a mangled left arm and multiple lacerations. Four hours were needed to sew wounds. condition remains serious.
