Funeral services were held last Sunday at the Loi Tabort for Charlotte Mirabeth Matt Austin known as Mrs Parley Austin. The city council attended in a body and the procession was among Lehi’s longest. Bishop J T Gardner presided and the Tabernacle Choir aided the service.

About eighty three Lehi excursionists left for Canada on July 90 heading to Sterling Magrath Cardston in Alberta. They were met at Sterling by locals seeking Utah relatives. Most Lehi travelers are well though Martin Miller and Bert Day are ill. Alberta crops look promising with wheat yields around 40 bushels per acre. John Brvihaw of Magrath holds 1800 bushels of grain, the largest acreage among Lehi growers. The main challenge is harvesting, with Indians from Blood Reservation hired for help. Weather in Canada was pleasant during the stay.
