In district court on Wednesday a judgment favored Gilbert God bersen and Katherine Goubersen for 51.51 dollars. Grau Co. of LeMars filed suit claiming the God bersens truck parked on Grit private property was damaged when Walter Bua’s car, in the garage for repair and driven by William C. Williams, backed into the Goubersen truck on November 14.
