Local Hinton News and Community Notices
Hinton reports multiple civic and social events. Recent moves include J and Mrs James Felton purchasing the cafe and Carrie Swisher relocating to Merrill while the Held family departs Metro hospital. A blizzard impacted school and events, with the high school delaying the junior class play and a snowstorm affecting attendance. Community groups met for education week, 4-H activities, clubs, and elections. Local officials and residents attended meetings, including mayor and council winners, and neighbors aided harvest efforts for Howard Trometer.
