Will of Mrs. Clara Owen Bequeaths Estate to Brothers

The will dated September 29 1954 names four brothers as principal beneficiaries and include a $1000 bequest for Masses by J D Fisch pastor of St. Joseph church. First National Bank trustee oversees the estate with Aloys Nemmmers as beneficiary and potential sale of assets to cover medical and living costs. After Nemmmers death, remainder divided among Joseph John G. Nemmer and Nicholas Nemmmers. Probate set for December 7.

Humming Birds Elect Officers At Year Opening Picnic

The Hancock Humming Birds held their Home Furnishing Year opening at Stone Park Shelter with a picnic and a hike.
