Seven men tied to Knopf Spencer extortion ring arrest
The Sioux City Journal says Donald Duane Don kin of Merall among seven former Knopf Spencer wholesale hardware workers arrested Friday after police uncovered an extortion scheme. A trucker who unknowingly hauled embezzled goods triggered the probe. Losses were estimated as high as $19,000. Meanwhile, Mrs TOM Lauchstadt was moved to Leeds Nursing Home after a sale on 321 Awe No Wows. Teresa Zimmerman cared for Mrs Lauchstadt and returned to Hawarden. Mrs Earl Lisby visited relatives then returned to Malta, Montana.
