Germany as bulwark of the free world and Berlin fate
A broad pro Western Europe defense view argues Germany as the key to peace and missile security. It claims Germany, with help from Britain France and the US, leads scientific defense against missiles while Russia fears West Berlin and West Germany's rise. The writer warns of Berlin isolation and calls for anti missile defense and reunified access. Also a probate notice for James J. Nolan appears, listing state and county, with notice to all concerned.
