Notice is hereby given that on the 6th day of May 1956 the undersigned was appointed by the District Court as Executor of the Estate of R Fischer deceased, late of Plymouth County Iowa. All persons must make payment to the undersigned and those having claims against the estate will present them legally authenticated to the court for allowance dated May 16 1956. Local Visit and Wedding News Include Iowa City Attendance
Perry Center visitors Mrs Mike Thomas and Faye Beth of Iowa City came Monday to visit Mr and Mrs Fay Knapp. Mrs Thomas plans summer school at Westmar Le Mars. Howard Daws family attended their niece's wedding Miss Rosemary McCarthy at Jackson Nebraska Saturday morning. Charges filed against Humphrey Means of West Le Mars for going armed with intent to commit a felony. Deputy Jim Mertes called to Means residence where he was intoxicated and threatened family. Means fled, then surrendered with a shotgun and was captured nearby. He remains jailed unable to raise 2500 dollars.
