Farmers Use FHA Credit Across Four Iowa Counties

Farmers in Cherokee Lyon Plymouth and Sioux counties used Farmers Home Administration credit and services this past year to boost farm operations. County supervisor Carl Marcue said funds remain available to lend to farmers to operate enlarge or improve farms. Much of the loans went to veterans and young farm families. none were made to farmers who could obtain financing locally.
