Akron 4-H Club Plans Winter Tour and Team

Raymond Ney Panettoe dies after illness in Omaha area

Raymond Ney Panettoe, 25, died in Omaha after complications from an infection. Funeral services were held at St Mary's Catholic Church in Yeelock Monday. Burial followed at St Mary's cemetery. Marie Keivet Louwerse Dies After Brief Illness

Mrs. Marie Keivet Louwerse died after a brief illness on Thursday in a local hospital. Funeral services were held Monday at the Cooperative chapel in Sioux Center and at the Metherland Dutch Reformed Church with Rev. Hegeman officiating. She was born in the Netherlands April 18, 1888 and married RoRyn Latwerse in 1902 before coming to the United States four months later. The couple settled first in Corsica, South Dakota, then Sioux Center in 1944. Survivors include her widower and five children: John Louwerse of Hawarden, Marinus Louwerse of Sioux Center, Abraham Louwerse of De Smet, Hand Louwerse of Cocoa Florida, and James Louwerse of Cypress, California, plus two daughters Mrs. Henry Schelling and Mrs. Heman Klein of Cypress.

Gertrude Plueger of De Mars Iowa died December 28 1956 at Sacred Heart Hospital after a month of illness. She was 66 and previously married to Fens Lichacker in 19uR. She later married John Wo Plueger of Akron Iowa on December 29, 19??. Funeral services were held December UE PYRG at St Patricks Catholic Church in Akron with Rev FG Shahi officiating. Charles Hoffman Dies at 72 in Le Mars

Charles Hoffman of 82nd Ave Florida passed away Thursday December 27 at Sacred Heart Hospital after a short illness. He was born April 15 and never married. A retired farmer, he lived most of his life in Le Mars. Funeral services are today Monday at 9:30 A M at Wiltgen Lued funeral home. The body will be sent to Omaha for cremation. Survivors include nephew Arthur Hoffman of San Antonio Texas and several cousins. He was preceded in death by his parents three brothers and one sister.

Longtime Kingsley resident T. J. Maxwell dies at 90

T. J. Maxwell Thomas 2 Chick Maxwell 90, longtime Kingsley resident, died Friday at his home after a long illness. Funeral services will be Monday at the Kingsley Methodist church with Rev Everett Ro Major officiating and burial in Kingsley cemetery. He was born June 19 1868 on Staten Island, moved to Fulton then to Vail and Quorn, Iowa, worked as a stable boss and herded cattle, farmed about 50 years, and was a former member of the Farmers Co op elevator board, Woodmen of the World, Judge, and Odd Fellows. Survivors include two sons Teste and Howard, a daughter Vig Malcolm Chieve, a sister Mrs Marie Frans, and four grandchildren.
