The couple will reside in Red Oak after a wedding trip to Minnesota.
Two contestants are expected for the fifth annual Plymouth County Rural Youth Club Tractor Rodeo on Wednesday afternoon at 1 00 PM August 18. Champion Jack Holton will again compete as winners advance to the Iowa State Fair rodeo. The event emphasizes safety and prizes.

The seventh annual market animal sale by Plymouth County 4H and Agricultural clubs features beef, swine, and sheep entries owned by 4H members. About 180 beeves, 100 hogs, and 500 sheep are expected to be sold across two sessions, with last year’s totals used as a reference.

Rosegs C Vanersdel of Kunshy Mus was admitted to Methodist hospital in Sioux City on Friday August 6.
Funeral services were held for George W Pittman 70 who died Sunday at his home. The rites were at Barnard funeral home and Bapier church with Rev Paul Williams officiating. Burial followed at Grace Hill Cemetery. Pittman born June 19 1874 in Guthin Comicia spent early life then moved to Hornikta and later Hawerden. Survivors include his widow three sisters a stepdaughter and two grandsons.
