Westfield wheat referendum and county corn deliveries update

The Westfield referendum asks farmers with at least 15 acres to vote on whether to receive full government price support for wheat, with acreage controls if yes. A no vote allows unlimited planting but lowers the parity price. In Plymouth County, corn deliveries for 1952 crop begin for farmers not resealing, amid moisture concerns and questions on storage capacity and how much corn PMA must handle, with many farmers yet to decide.
